Hosted by Humber and North Yorkshire Digital Primary Care Innovation Hub this online workshop will feature insights from Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber’s cardiovascular disease (CVD) team on past and current programmes of activity.
Guest speaker, Dr Rani Khatib, author of the new national clinical guidelines for lipid pathway management will showcase the innovative national lipid pathway and debut the first electronic version – this is a collaborative effort involving Dr Khatib, Dr Amjid Rehman and our CVD Team.
