As an HR Coordinator, you will develop and manage our learning and performance processes alongside line managers, support YHAHSN’s wellbeing offer and be responsible for internal HR communications, providing a ‘one-stop’ source of HR information for all staff. Working as part of a small team alongside the HR & Finance Coordinator and the HR Manager this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in providing high quality HR support to a rapidly changing and expanding business.
