The new Innovation, Research and Improvement System (IRIS) sits at the heart of the Integrated Care System (ICS) to deliver a system wide programme for innovation for Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) health & care partners. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to lead the emerging Innovation programme at the HNY ICS, hosted by the Yorkshire & Humber AHSN and sitting within IRIS under the direction of the IRIS Programme Director.
The purpose of this role is to design and deliver a programme to support and develop innovation in health and social care and the post holder must be used to working in a highly complex environment, be able to negotiate and influence, manage effective collaborations and partnerships and have experience of setting up and implementing systems, processes and procedures.
