Digital Primary Care Innovation Hub - Unmet Demand workshop
The West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership’s new Digital Primary Care Innovation Hub (DPCIH) is holding an ‘Unmet Demand’ workshop.
The Yorkshire and Humber AHSN will be working with West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership to deliver the new DPCIH. The hub is funded by the NHS England and NHS Improvement’s digital first primary care funding.
We will be holding the event to garner an in-depth understanding of the current areas of challenge within primary care to help identify any innovation needs across our system.
We are hoping to be joined by colleagues from across the system and at all levels and areas of primary care practice. We will be sending out the wider agenda for the session over the coming weeks, but we ask that you register your interest early via our Eventbrite link.
