Award success for Propel programme

A Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber programme that has supported over 125 businesses in the last six years, has been recognised at the Leeds Digital Festival Awards.
Propel Healthtech won the ‘Facilitator of the Year’ award, for its vital role in the continued growth of technology-led businesses. The Leeds Digital Festival Awards celebrate and promote the organisations and individuals working in the digital and tech industry in Leeds and wider city region.
Tim East, Workstream Lead for start-ups at Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber said:

Propel Healthtech is an accelerator programme for start-ups and scale-ups that offers a six month programme of guidance and support to help innovators navigate the NHS, accelerate company growth and bring cutting-edge solutions to the region.
Over the last six years, it has supported 125 innovators, both from the UK and international waters, created 143 jobs, contributed £940k to the local economy and participating companies have raised more than £37million investment.
