AI in Frailty Care: Findings from the CHCP & YHEC Evaluation
Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber (HIYH) invites you to a Lunch & Learn to learn about how City Health Care Partnership (CHCP) is using Ambient Voice Technology, and review the findings of the 2024 pilot.
In 2024, the Frailty Team at CHCP piloted Heidi, an AI tool that listens to consultations and instantly drafts structured clinical notes and care plans.
The results were significant enough to extend its use into all areas of the Frailty service and importantly help the service to create protected learning time for the team.
Why attend? We will explore:
- The Clinical Reality: Dr. Andrew Noble (CHCP) will share the honest operational impact on the frailty team – what worked, what changed in the workflow, and how staff responded.
- The Independent Evidence: Jo Hanlon and Ciara Buckley (York Health Economics Consortium) will present the economic evaluation commissioned by HIYH, including cost-benefit analysis and time-saving data.
- The Technology: Raghav Sharma (Heidi) The technology, Safety guardrails, and importance of human in the loop.
Who is this for? This session is designed for NHS Clinical Leads, those working in frailty, Transformation Directors, Operational Managers, and Digital Leads looking for practical, proven insights into AI adoption.
We hope you can join us for what promises to be a valuable discussion on the future of clinical efficiency.
