The session will be introduced by Richard Stubbs, Chief Executive of Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber and a member of the MHRA’s National Commission into the Regulation of AI in Healthcare, who will provide opening reflections on the Commission’s work and its importance for the health and care sector.

Drawing on the findings from the National AI Commission, Dr Hussain will explore emerging recommendations, key regulatory challenges and what healthcare providers, innovators, commissioners and technology suppliers should be doing now to prepare.

The event will include a moderated Q&A, allowing attendees to ask Dr Hussain questions directly.
