We are pleased to launch the first Health Innovation Network Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVDRM) Fellowship, a flagship development programme for leaders and emerging leaders working to improve cardiovascular, renal and metabolic outcomes. The fellowship has been co-designed and developed based on stakeholder feedback from across the North East Yorkshire region to meet the needs of places. The Fellowship is endorsed by the North East Yorkshire regional team and all four ICBs.
This webinar is designed to outline this programme as well as offer the opportunity for a Q&A session for prospective applicants.
The Fellowship offers:
- Monthly masterclasses delivered by expert speakers
- Practical quality improvement and leadership training
- Opportunity to lead & implement a system-impact project
- Coaching, peer learning and a communities of practice
