iBridge invites companies to apply for China visit
Posted: 5th October 2018
Health care innovators working on diagnostic tools are being invited to apply to attend a funded workshop in China in December.
This is an opportunity for companies working within the area of diagnostics to explore export opportunities to China, collaboration projects and investment from Chinese investors.
The workshop is being organised by iBridge, a Chinese investment and accelerator company which has recently formed a partnership with the University of Bradford. It provides a unique opportunity to build partnerships in China and to secure up to £220,000 funding for developing projects. Substantial follow-on funding is available from both government and private investment sources.
The iBridge team has identified ‘Diagnostic Systems’ as the sponsored theme for its latest workshop. This includes diagnostic devices (including point of care), remote diagnostics, through to patient assessment and triaging software.
The workshop will run from 2nd to the 8th December 2018 and subsidised travel and visa up to £800 per selected participant is available. Accommodation, most meals and travel in China will be covered by the workshop hosts.
More information may be found in the briefing document and application form.
The deadline for applications has been extended to close of play on Thursday 25th October. Applications should be submitted to open-innovation@bradford.ac.uk
