Leeds Health and Social Care Hub - Partner Perspective Series

Posted: 13th July 2023

The Leeds Health and Social Care Hub provides a new way of collaborative working between national government and local NHS organisations and partners, including local government, social care, voluntary organisations, education and industry. Connecting national organisations to local systems helps to develop strong foundations which can be built upon for the benefit of the health and care system is key for the Hub.

We are thrilled to be a partner of the Hub as its aim aligns with our own mission to transform lives through innovation and to connect innovators, NHS partners and academia to help identify, develop, and implement solutions that can help to tackle the most pressing challenges for the benefit of patients, health and care staff and the communities we serve.

The ‘Partner Perspective’ feature series focus on the Hub partners to find out more about their organisation and why they’re part of the Leeds Health and Social Care Hub. Every month we will feature a Hub member on our blog section.

The partners include:

  • Leeds City Council
  • Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
  • NHS England
  • West Yorkshire Integrated Care System
  • University of Leeds
  • Leeds Beckett University
  • Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network
  • Leeds Health and Care Academy
  • Leeds and York Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust
  • Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust
  • Forum Central

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is in the spotlight for the ‘Partner Perspective’ series this month, check it now.
