New lipid management tool

Access our new tool to help clinicians give evidence-based care during patient consultations. 
The tool, which has summarised the NICE approved national lipid pathway, provides a structured approach to lipid management for primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD).
Developed as part of the Humber North Yorkshire and South Yorkshire Collaborative Lipid Fund, it will allow clinicians to access advice and relevant guidelines in an easy accessible format.
This tool should be used by healthcare professionals and is designed to support the delivery of up-to-date, effective, patient care.
